Refund policy
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid Aicodeforge Digital programmes confirmed by invoice or written enrolment confirmation. Website pricing pages are informational and do not themselves create a charge.
Timeframe
For self-paced Ledger Seat purchases, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not downloaded more than one module worksheet pack. For live Control Room Cohorts, you may request a full refund up to 10 business days before the first live session. Requests after that window are assessed for partial credit only.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund — within the windows above, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.
- Partial refund — if you withdraw after materials access expands beyond one worksheet pack, or within 9 business days of a live start, we may retain up to 35% for preparation costs and refund the remainder as credit or payment return.
Non-refundable items
Custom Forge Stewardship deposits after on-site travel is booked, completed Alumni Clinic Pack sessions, and third-party venue fees already incurred are non-refundable. Digital certificates already issued are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@aicodeforge.digital with your enrolment reference, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two Hong Kong business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We do not offer cash refunds at the Sheung Wan office.
Cancellation by Aicodeforge Digital
If we cancel or significantly reschedule a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
We may offer goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution; please write or call 2540 4367 before disputing a card payment.
